Autism Awareness Training For First Responders

We are a non profit organization that trains firefighters, EMS and law enforcement in autism awareness for free. We have an online training program that is utilized by thousands of first responders. This information is lifesaving for both the first responder and the individual with autism involved in the emergency situation. As the numbers become more prevalent in the US, the training becomes more of a necessity for every first responder.

Here is our problem. it was originally written with Modx as the platform. Over the years we lost our original IT person who was donating his time and had to find another. The second IT person came in having to deal with someone else's code. Over the years the server has been hacked and reconstructing the code made the training very unstable. Take this with the fact that all the training videos are flash based, and the training is quickly becoming an IT nightmare!

Our new IT person tried to rewrite the program using Wordpress. it worked fine til the first Wordpress update came along and it crashed. We need the program to on the SCORM platform or at least SCORM compatible. The reason for this, is that larger departments want our program to easily integrate with their existing training platforms.

We have very limited funding available for such a big project as we are a all volunteer non profit that depends on donations. We receive no government funding. Is someone out there will and able to help us??

I think that is important that I add more detail regarding the training. The training is 2 hours long and contains over 50 video clips. There is a database of questions and answers after each chapter and there are 8-10 chapters. People have to be able to register and the system needs to maintain their scores and print state specific completion certificates. I need to to have regular access to all of thsi information. The program is currently online and active @ www.prevent-educate.org

HAS ANYONE ACTUALLY READ THE JOB DESCRIPTION, OR ARE YOU ALL JUST RESPONDING TO ANYTHING POSTED ON THIS SITE?? OUR NEEDS ARE VERY SPECIFIC!!! THIS IS NOT JUST A WEBSITE DESIGN.

Video conversions and the reprogramming of scores etc, questions/answers database, scoring, and setting up of administrators/departments/donations.... is full programming. THIS IS A FULL BLOWN TRAINING PROGRAM, NOT A WEBSITE. IT JUST HAPPENS TO BE INTERNET BASED!!!
