Arabic Voice recongnition - ios app

I am looking for someone who understands voice recognition and can build for the arabic language.  Scenario: There is 1 book, and the user needs to read this book sentence by sentence (arabic sentences), the system already knows which sentence the user must read. The voice recognition needs to check if the correct sentence is read out. In continuous reading sentence by sentence the app will need to keep up very fast.
