I would like to create simple software that can play announcements in bus station. This software will be running on Windows environment.

This software should have a desktop icon. When it is opened, a small window will be displayed and request insertion of a trip number.

The trip number will be inserted, and then the software should read the announcement out loud for this trip. Also, it should display this announcement on station's screens.
