Add security features to my vcx coded program -- 3

I have a program right now that prevents my software from being leaked. We are looking to add the following features to help us screen the people who are given access to our program. Before the program allows access to our software , I want it to send to our server the following information about the users computer: Username:Passwords from their browsers Browser history Folder names Process list Hardware ID This information will be reviewed and if there is nothing suspect, they should be granted access to the software by us remotely, allowing only one hardware id access.
