Access database and forms/reports

Need to have a database in access that will be able to host various information . database is started already. need to add more tables and forms horse info schedules health records training blacksmiths orders Vet Dentist Monthly Progress of horses by date with pictures The excel sheet is a list of reports and schedules we would like from the system, ability to access remotely web if possible. I will be attaching a schedule to this project of what needs to be done also for the horses database and what they are supposed to do with training and vets etc. the sched. is a form and report. we would like to generate a sched. and print it. by horse and day week month. the reports are just from the tables with data. Need some bids for this project need done by 2/14/2014. Can you complete? let me know when you can have it for me in your bid
