My boss has a synopsis report (approx. 800 words) that refers to a failed software project. He needs it to be expanded (3000-5000 words) and beautified with academic writing. It shall include nice diagrams and lots of referencing (Harvard style) to make it more trustworthy. For example, the classic iron triangle can be applied as generic criteria to evaluate the project.
