Survey application I need an asp.net program created to track in-house surveys for my company. When a job is complete, a supervisor in our company needs to fill out a survey about the job. I want the survey to be completed on the web. I want it usable in a desktop browser as well as on an android/iPhone. The survey questions can be any of the following types: boolean, select single value from a list, select multiple values from a list, fill in blank. You will be responsible for creating the database (in Sql Server) that will contain: Users, Jobs, Survey Templates, and Completed Survey information. You will need to create the following screens: [login to view URL] Screen [login to view URL] of Surveys that this user needs to complete 3. A single Survey that will be filled out. The screens will need to look good on a desktop browser as well as on Android/Iphone. You do not need to worry about creating admin screens for creating jobs, surveys, or users. I will be taking care of that manually for now. There are many examples on the internet that you can use as a template for this project. You can see an example here: [login to view URL]

I will make the layout responsive (so that it adjusts itself on all devices), but I can't provide the graphics (just pretty form fields). I will provide of course a working demo within about 3 days. I would use bootstrap framework to make the site display well on different devices (iphone, ipad, android, pc).For the same price, I might include a couple of screens for the administration of the surveys.
