This project is to build a program that can automatically capture all packets sent to certain device and export the original files. Wireshark can not export objects automatically. The program must run 24x7, and it should prevent any memory leakage and performance issue. Platform can be Linux or windows, prefer windows. [login to view URL] experience in open source wireshark. Hi. First, about bid amount - until I doesn't know project scope more detailed, I put bid which was "default". About project - I have developed in the past software, that was using PCap library for packet capture. It was catch all packets, do analising, and restore some high-level protocols, and import them (in a needed way). That was a library, capturing and session restoring part, but export was just as test in test file. My lib has good architecture, which support adding new protocols, and etc. Currently, it able to restore MSSQL server protocol session, POP3, SMTP, IMAP sessions, MSN messenger sessions, and http request. My code tested, and used in big software for windows server monitoring tools. So, no any memory leakage or unhandled exceptions :) So, what I'm trying to say - I think I have enough experience to work on this project. Also, networking applications development is my better area, and I receive a big pleasure working on this. About your requirments - if be honest - just one thing I don't know from your list is NMS. All other know very well. Hope to hear questions or project details from you. Oleg
