develop a simple WEB-GAME application with multi-player server.

We are looking for a developer to code a simple ONLINE GAME that allows a large numbers of simultaneous users. We are flexible about the language used, although we think Java might be best for portability. We also think that GOOGLE APP ENGINE may be needed to support the multi-player aspect, although we are open to other solutions. We need a developer who can code the game and the client/server arrangement. Once we get the game to work as a web application, we will want to do a follow-up project to enable IOS and ANDROID APPS that connect with the same server, allowing players to joint that way too. The game requires simple graphics (a 2D game board with a single object that moves around it), but many players need to see the same board at the same time (with low latency).
