Hello Joseph, My name is Max. I'm a Microsoft Certified Windows Application developer with over 6 years experience in this area. I would like to propose a Windows Service which will automatically poll software your company uses on daily basis. I use .NET Framework and C# language for projects I develop. I always follow software development best practices, my code is full of comments. That makes the source code readable and maintainable. I worked for a large R&D outsourcing company where I developed a Windows based system for a lead medical vendor. The system operated with files (medical reports) in the similar way. Sorry, I can't disclose any more information due to NDA. Anyway you can review my past projects along with customers' feedback at the profile page. I've read RFP attached to the project posting but I still have some technical questions on how the system of 4 applications works. Particularly I assume that all applications use different cloud-based databases, don't they? As I understood you need the software be tested as well. For that purpose I would like to recommend my wife, Marina, who works as a software quality assurance engineer and will do her best to find all possible issues.
