Refactor My Generic Repository To UoW Pattern

I am a student with a project I have been working on and I implemented it using a generic repository pattern but I keep having issues where my context is trying to update an entity but it is in the wrong state or something fails.
I am really stressed out because this project is very important to me but as a student learning I can't afford much money but I need help to fix this.
One of the issues I am trying to fix with a Unit of Work pattern is this exception:
The relationship between the two objects cannot be defined because they are attached to different ObjectContext objects.
Maybe I am wrong and a Unit Of Work pattern is not the issue, I need help and someone with knowledge of Entity Framework to look at my project and help me fix this.
I have attached the generic repository pattern code I am using, I can not post the whole project sorry.

Let me help you refactor your Repository Pattern and combine the Repository Pattern with the UOW Pattern in correct way, and also make it simple (KISS Principle).
