PIC18F1220-E/SO f2f alghorith

I need to decode a f2f signal from a magnetic card

using no f2f decoder

I Want to use just the pic micro controller PIC18F1220-E/SO

The project is a basic magnetic card decoder , the output signal will be a ps2 output

Remember , the only requirement is to use just the pic PIC18F1220-E/SO , no f2f decoder component.
