App for Android -- City Sightseeing

I am looking for a guy who can program the following app:

City Sightseeing for Hamburg

While going through the city, people get information about different sights of Hamburg.

Reaching a certain GPS point, either the text is printed or is spoken. (dependend on peoples setting)

The user shall have the following opportunities:

- Select categories on which he wants to get information (e.g. "Sights" / "Shopping" / "Food" / "Culture" / "History" / ...)

- Select whether he just want to get these information as a text when reaching the defined position, or simultaneously also as reading

- Select the language in which he gets the information (German / Englisch / Italiano / Espanol)

- Pay some money to get a app version without AdMob advertising

I was an admin want to have the following possibilities:

- Create new / modify / delete sights

- Change the price for the ad-free version

- Add new languages

After the final payment, all the exclusive usage and distributionrights are given to me.
