Clip Share Pro Programming

I have a Clip Share Pro site that needs small programming done. There is already advertising installed on the site for Banner, Media and text ads, but it needs to be programmed into the site itself (it's in the admin panel right now) to allow users to upload and pay to feature their videos using paypal. Program the "Create a Channel" from the admin panel to the site itself allowing members to create their own channels and disabling the requirement to upload a frame as the videos cover. Once the member uploads the video it should use the natural starting position as the cover for viewers to see. I will not post this as a major paying project because everything is already installed and just needs programming but will continue to work with the winning bidder on upcoming projects.
