brokerage

We are a small Brokerage firm start up that offers alternative investments. We are in need of a site that can offer password protection, and a way to have each member have a "user tag" (not sure what to call it) to track any business that they refer. We want the site to only allow entry to those who have been referred (No public access) We need the site to have digital sign up, agreement forms that all new members must digitally sign. (we will provide the forms/agreements in word format) inside the site there will be other digital forms that members will need to agree to (these forms will apply to various projects such as Forex managed accounts) We may offer deposits/fee payments by E-Gold, E Bullion, and Pay Pal, wire transfer. We have our own database to track clients, but would need links set up so the client could log into their account. We would like to get this set up in a timely fashion, at least so we can get moving, and tweak things as we grow. We have clients asking for a website, and so we need this done fairly fast.
