Based on sample files given, as well as instructions, I need you to make sense of the code and successfully code new DLL files in Delphi for use with a software program which submits blog comments automatically.
Around 3 to 5 unique CAPTCHA formats will be required.
I have the following files:
Sample images

[url removed, login to view] (written in Delphi, I think)
[url removed, login to view]
Also a CAPTCHA image tester to test whether the DLL is working right (giving the right output for the image).
This is a set of files which has already been completed successfully by the main developer of the software. But other forms of CAPTCHAs are what I need to automatically decode and this takes new .DLLs.
Must be an advanced programmer and very proficient in Delphi / Delphi Pascal, as well as with code of graphics.
