We have the attached NSIS script that produces this sort of installers:

We want to move to WiX ([login to view URL]), with support for:
- operating systems: WXP to W8
- internationalized installer (english + 1 language at your choice to start), all strings UNICODE
- x86 and amd64 installers, with ODBC source properly configured in 32 bit ODBC configurator and in 64 bit ODBC configurator.
