I'm looking to hire a telesales and marketing freelancer to help me generate new sales. I have an existing number of leads that can be worked through to contact with the aim of establishing their business' needs and ultimately agreeing a contract to develop a new website or manage and market their existing one.
The services offered by my company are:
Website design and development
ECommerce
E-mail marketing
SEO
We specialise in the making websites for one specific market (eg bakers), and have a number of previous large clients who we have worked for. This should make it much easier to market us as a service provider to the leads that I have available (who are all bakerys - for example).
The candidate should be:
Professional and courteous
Very well spoken, but have a good character about them
Target driven
A genuine passion for selling without the 'hard-sell'
Some background in web design and development is a plus
The candidate will call leads, and log each call, making notes of who they spoke to, the call length, the outcome of the call, when they intent to follow up and so on.
For each new website sale generated, I will offer a £100 bonus.
