BPO/ Dev outsourcing Marketing & Sales Strategist for US Mkt

Our is startup company is based in Silicon valley USA. We provide web app, iphone app development and BPO consulting for US clients specifically in Bay area. Scope: We want someone to brainstorm, research and prepare our Marketing and Sales Strategy based on our Business Plan. The resulting plan must demonstrate Return on Investment (ROI) and result in lowest operating costs for sales and Marketing. Qualification: The person bidding must demonstrate the knowledge of this market and determine specific services in most demand my researching online (Secondary research). Prior experience in writing business plans is helpful. You must have MBA or the person working on this should have MBA equivalent from good university in your country or from USA. Deliverable: We want very specific marketing and sales strategy plan to grow our outsourcing business. Such report must be in word format, ppt format and phone meetings /conf calls till desired plan is complete. Notes: 1. Bidder willing to sing NDA(confidentiality agreement) if selected. 2.
