Advertising Companies

Hi everyone! I have a simple job that anyone can do, but if you're in the advertising world it will be much easier (especially if you have connections). I am looking to put together a list of 500 or so advertising agencies that use voice over talent on a regular basis. I am needing to know the creative director or production director's name, email and phone number. The most important thing is that they regularly use voice over talent for their commercials/productions. I am not looking for huge agencies. More along the line of small to medium size.
