This is a full time job. We're currently looking to recruit dynamic and professional Inbound/outbound Customer Service operators to handle customers who are not happy with a product or service. You will need: Excellent telephone manner and communication skills * Have good attention to detail and be accurate * Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team. * A flexible approach to working hours and shift patterns * Good customer service skills, previous experience is desirable Fast internet connection, over 1 Mbps upload speed, 2Mbps download. Work Schedule: 8am to 4pm ( UK Time).

Hi. I can perform this type of work very easily. I have great customer skills, attention to detail, and I'm flexible. I can work independent and with a team as well. I have 100Mbps down and 4Mbps up for my connection. I do have some questions however. What is the product line being supported? Is there a ticketing system involved? Will I need to install software on my computer? Is there a knowledgebase for the products? Is there an escalation team or a manager in case the customers ask for one? What is the pay frequency? Familiar with Exchange, Active Directory, Blackberry, Back-Up Exec, and Office.
