Description of Database setup for a business plan/Documentation.

I need someone to describe the following setup in a technical way. I am not an expert my self – but I need to describe the setup below to put in a business plan / documentation. I need someone to describe the setup in an easy understandable but still technical terms. I also need a small architecture diagram to illustrate the setup. Purpose of Database: To consolidate 2 or more data sources in one database and find patterns, matches etc. The Setup Database will be hosted by company A – and receive real-time data feed from Company B and C. The DB technology is not important – but it will most likely receive data from other SQL databases. One example could be – 3 competitors are giving away a discount for exclusivity. They want to make sure that no customers are opening accounts with more than one company. They don’t want to share with the competitor how many accounts that are opened per day. They choose a 3rd party to host the DB. We set up a feed from all 3 competitors. They all send the IP address attached to each account opened daily. The 3rd party stores all IP addresses. If there is a match of 2 or more IP addresses in a given time period we notify the parties involved who then can practice their own Fraud process. I need the following described: • The database, suggestion of technology, the logic/queries used for finding matches, a technical description of running these queries ex. once per minut 24/7 to have the match. • The data feed from the parties involved, the technology VPN tunnel, The security ( SSL ) , the scenarios ex. NOSQL to a SQL DB conversion. • The output when a match is found, notification sent via email. • A diagram showing the process. • Everything consolidated on 1 page. ' The right candiate will be able to describe this in 1-2 hours Again – this is a first draft – try to make the description and suggestions based on the most basic and highly available technology. This doesn’t need to be the final solution – but a good idea of how this would look.
