Alexa SEO for Additional Country Traffic Ranking

I have an Alexa Traffic Ranking that is only showing traffic from one country. I know I have traffic coming from more countries though just based on sales. We have UK, US, AUS, CAN, and more..... Yet I only show traffic from one country only. I want my traffic ranking to register other countries and need someone that has the ability to do this. In order to be considered for this project, you will need to explain how you intend to see this through. We have already attempted link exchanges, video marketing, article marketing and more even TV marketing. So I don't want someone that is going to be selling the same old song and dance. I want to see valid proven results here on what is intended to make sure we are not spinning our wheels doing the same thing. The method has got to be something that will increase our traffic ranking in these other countries on Alexa and your bid needs to reflect doing that.
