Create First Page Google Adsense Blog Earning at least $50/Day

I'm looking for a very experienced professional that is a reliable Google Adsense website creator and is able to create an Adsense site that must generate at least $50 to $100 USD per day. Please show me some proof once the work has been done that it really makes at least the amount mentioned for the project daily. If you are not capable to deliver this task, then please DO NOT BID!
You will be responsible for writing unique SEO optimized content, complete configuration of the website. Website must be developed using Wordpress, with a good design.
Site MUST adhere to the following:
1. Provide precise overview and detailed plan before starting the project, and some sample articles to check them.
2. Create a blog with at least 20 Original/ SEO optimized articles
3. Must be original and SEO optimized with keywords used frequently
4. SEO Marketing, Rank it to page 1 of google for 5 Keywords with at least 3000-5000 Searches a month. The site must make $50 to $100 a day
5. Must generate $50 to $100 per day.
6. Wordpress based website
7. Any niche except adult, pharm, violence, gambling or anything that is not accepted by AdSense. MUST ADHERE TO ADSENSE TOS 100%
- All copyrights will be assigned to me in writing
- Must contain related images to niche topic
- Design must be neat and optimized to attract people to click on the ads
- Unique organic traffic (no bots or traffic buy sites)
- Must Be Adsense optimized
- Have my Google Analytics plugin installed and linked to the same Google account as Adsense
Do not bid if you DO NOT agree with this. Do not bid and then ask me to release a milestone - you have wasted your time.I will pay NOTHING until the work is done and I have full access. Only bid if you are serious in doing what I have asked, and agree to MY TOS. Remember: DO NOT BID IF YOU DON'T AGREE TO THIS.
I will fully pay the amount of bid ONLY AFTER:
- All terms have been met successfully.
- I see constant income of at least $50 in my Adsense account (minimum of 30 consecutive days)
- I receive my first payment of minimum $1000 form Google Adsense
- If my account blocked by google then I never release your payment.
• Tell me how you direct and increase traffic to the website.
• Put the words "I understand the rules" in the Bid so i see that you have read my rules and agree.
• Show me the proof of income after 30 days of launching a website, day by day statics to be provided: Unique Visitor, Unique clicks, ad clicked, text-ads clicked.
• Show me some of your previous website/blogs that are similar to this project..
Traffic and ads clicks must be 100% within Adsense TERMS OF SERVICE. I cannot risk my Adsense account. TRAFFIC AND CLICKS MUST BE WHITE-HAT ONLY! If i find out the clicks or traffic is fake and not organic you WILL NOT BE PAID! If my google adsense is banned then you will not recieve a penny. I want this to be the start of a good business relationship. If the project goes well , then I would like to hire you to keep the traffic/clicks coming with opportunities to make bonuses... (percentage of over expected earnings) I will also be looking to create 5-10 more similar sites if they generate income...
Only experience bidders with a proven record will be considered. My budget is $900. No more. You will need to do the following
-Do keyword research and Find 5 Best keywords and Tell me what domain to buy after research
-Create a beautiful blog in any niche that's not competitive but will make money and has high searches per month.
-Install Google Analytics
-All traffic must be organic and real. All clicks must be real and follow Google adsense rules
- If my Google adsense gets banned for blackhat you wont be paid.
Important:
1. Because of many time wasters - please start PM from "akceptuje" word - I will know that you read all desription.
2. You can use for this other engine - like Joomla/Drupal if you want.
