Blogging about websites in french and english in Wordpress + Yoast SEO keywords / 1 post per week

Hi, I have a website development firm and I am looking for someone that can blog about websites in French and in English. The blogger will have access to a Wordpress website where he/she can add posts. Topics can be anything related to website creation, including news, interesting plugins, interesting features, procedures in Wordpress, Joomla and/or Drupal (nothing too technical). The target audience is the general public. I am based in Montreal. I expect the following: 1) Interesting title 2) Proper and genuine English or French content 3) Yoast plugin customization per post (keywords, meta description, etc.) The person has to create 1 post per week in English, and 1 post per week in French, any time during the week with a regular intervals (i.e. each Monday). You have to customize SEO using the Yoast plugin for Wordpress (since my website is done with Wordpress) for both English and French posts so I get a finished product and don't have to run or manage anything myself. You'll get paid on a bi-weekly basis online through Paypal, and at any point I or you can stop the service for any reasonable reason. Finally, my budget is my first priority, so if your quality is good enough and your price is also good enough, I'm good. You have to show some sample work. That's all.
