I am a Data Entry Operator for the Past three Years. I had done Copy Paste work to Excel Sheet From many Association websites or Members Directory websites. I Copied the Details like Company Name, Firsname, Lastname, Title, Address, City, State, Zip, Mail id, Phone Number and Website. It may Differ Information From one website to another. All Informations are unique except State and Zip code. In the case of state, American States are in 2 letters (Example NY,TX) But in other Countries comes with in Words and like some other. And Zip Code Some Countries Like United Kingdom Zip Codes comes with in letter and number (Example BH1 1AA) and other countries comes only in numbers. Whatever the results may accurate. If any of the Information are not in the websites i wont skip the whole details. I only leave blanks and copy the other Informations. My capacity is able to copy upto 600 contacts in 8 hours. I done a sample in one websites and updated in Portfolio. And also If you need to Find the Common Email id or Phone Number i can take it in Suitable Company websites.
