Articles for Bay Area Filipino Newspaper

My partners and I are starting a newspaper that will be circulated throughout the entire Bay Area. Our target audience are Filipino Americans of all generations, but we cover stories relating all Asian Americans. We would like to give all aspiring writers of any experience the opportunity to get any article that they have written published. If our publishers and editors are impressed with your article, we may and even offer to hire you as a permanent writer for our newspaper. We our looking to feature news about Filipino communities outside the Philippines. Additionally, we are also looking for news in the Philippines that covers national headlines, popular culture, and entertainment. But we will accept any news worthy article that can benefit the Filipino community. Articles should be in English and 400 - 600 words. Must pass Copyscape. Your submission should be in a .doc format. $20 for every article we accept.
