Do some 3D Modelling

This job is a interior lay out design for a 25,000 to 30,000 sq ft. office/retail/warehouse. This space will be decorated with multiple Flat screen Televisions, multiple video game consoles, Multiple seating witch include 1 person, 2 persons, and 4 to 6 person furniture. Each seating arrangement will have partition walls. The interior will also have a movie theater counter them for refreshment. The interior design has to be a 3D virtual tour. or slide show. Each seating arrangement will have Television and video game console with partition walls. 5 sectional sofa 4-6 person seating - 10 Love seat 2 person sofa seating - 15 single 1 person seating. That is a total of 30 seating arrangement/30 television/30 video game console, and all with in partition walls. The television and video game console will be in front of the seating with partitions section. The cash register counter will look like a movie theater counter with refreshment and advertisement. There will be a area for waiting and eating refreshments. Each table in waiting area will have small monitor television. There will be a area with a giant screen television/monitor with baseball style bleacher seating. There will be isles to walk threw and around with shelf's for the video games.
