I need a 15-second animation with pixel dimensions: 768(H) x 1024(W), 25 fps, in MP4 format. Due to the system using a legacy processor, the content of the ribbon board needs to follow the 768(H) x 1024(W) layout but it is essentially a few sections with the longest section being 40x960. Actual layout specifications are attached. Some artwork will be provided, and the freelancer will be required to do the animation.
