Dataview Class

This project is to develop a dataview class in Python, allowing the user to view and extract various aspects of a dataset. This should be a complete, fully-functioning viewer with the following features:

* The ability to both import and export data to both files and arrays.

* Variables of interest should be specifiable on import.

* Views should account for both variables as well as levels of interest, using a dict as input arg.

* Data representations should be arrays, ready for analysis and/or viewing (plotting, etc). The number of factors should be represented by the number of array dimensions.

* Views should also have descriptive statistics built-in, including mean, SD, SE, n, etc., along with an easy way to add inferential statistics (future project).

* There must be a parameter specifying a 'looks' variable, which is the variable that indicates trials-per-subject. That is, in datasets that have 'multiple-looks', the looks variable will allow to reduce the data to one datapoint per subject.

* There must also be a simple way to extract both the variables and the levels of each variable, for a given view.

I would like this project completed in 2 weeks or less. So, this will be a pretty intense project. Please let me know.
