hi we ready for this job but first you must know what we think. we think it is no conversion in code this will build from scratch again. what we can do and what we have experience in? - build embedded linux system from scratch from any arm sbc board like raspberry pi. - we test more of sbc and build system for it like ( raspberry pi B ,raspberry pi B+, beaglebone Rev c , Hummingboard i2ex and Marsboard A20). - we built this system including QT4.8 "embedded" + opencv 2.4.8 "for image and video processing" note : we need all detail and we can talk about payment

Hi, I have worked on several projects involving Arduino and Raspberry pi. I have worked on projects using Raspberry pi to control DSLR cameras (using PTP) and make the picture available over wifi. I read related information available regarding this time-lapse project miniEngine and I assume you have required hardware ready with you. You want to use Raspberry Pi with a touchscreen that will act as user interface for this project. There are two ways we do this project 1. Raspberry pi runs on 3.3V logic and so interfacing that with 5v logic safely requires buffers. So one way is to create a new interface to link this with steppers, rotary encoders etc. The Raspberry pi will take care of managing user interface and controlling the hardware. 2. This is another way to interface raspberry pi with hardware. That is using Arduino with raspberry pi to interface the hardware via USB. Raspberry pi would be the master and will send commands to Arduino and Arduino will manage hardware controls like stepper, rotary encoders etc. This is much safer as raspberry pi (3.3v logic) never connected directly with the 5v logic (usb is just a data connection) and We have master-slave architecture that is more precise in terms of timings. In this model Raspberry pi will manage all user parameters and will send configuration information to Arduino to execute specific task. So we can decide on best option for this project. Thanks!
