Customer Service Evaluation

This is a Customer Service evaluation of a Visa Application center. Evaluator should act like a traveler who wants to get the visa for. Task to be performed: [login to view URL] necessary documents with you and [login to view URL] the staff member in Visa application center. [login to view URL] see if they would provide you some tout/agent to get your visa processed faster through alternate methods. 4. Evaluator need to make an application online and make an appointment before she/he goes to visit the center. 5) Finish an online questionnaire to share with us your visiting experience (about 30 minutes or less); 6) For each project, there will be a Guideline and a Questionnaire, which would guide you what you should or should not do during your visit.
