Step1 ----- I need couple of hours of interaction and discussions with you to understand the current flow. You can (if you like to share) tell me the issues and or problems that your customers are facing at this moment with the current workflow. (~2 Hours of Effort) Step2 ----- I will create a Workflow / Flowchart Diagram for the given context/process based on your explanation. I would need a couple of hours of effort to put together a flow chart. Editing and Reediting. (~3 to ~5 Hours of Effort) Step3 ----- I will share that with you and explain the details I can also mention the problems (if any) in the current process and with some possible suggestions (whereever possible), if you like. (~2 Hours of discussions with you, depending on the depth of interactions that we may be having at that time) Step4 ----- You can review them and give your feedback to me. I can go back and change the flow/process based on your review & feedback. (Not sure about the effort; depends on the review) When Can I start ? ------------------ As early as this week. When Can I complete ? --------------------- I guess it depends on the process/workflow and the depth. I would like to tentatively mention the completion as 2 weeks from the beginning of the work. Any Milestone or Intemediate Payment Needed ? --------------------------------------------- I leave it this to you.
