Bulletin Board System

Hello, I need software written. You can see for what I need it at the Bulletin Board System on the Alachua County Florida Clerk's Office. The "BBS" is to the right of the screen after you click on "Public Records, Court Records And Recording." I will give you the User ID and Password after accepting the bid. <[login to view URL]> Even without the User ID and Password, you can see the setup of the system. I need the software to put the name and address of every person charged with a crime on a label for mailing. This will include people charged with a crime and taken to jail, people charged and not taken to jail, and criminal traffic cases, which I believe are put into separate files. So, the software will have to be run for different files. You may need to create different versions of the software. Also, I want the ability to select only the Florida Criminal Statutes to which I want to send advertisements. So, this may include, for example, DUI, Battery, Murder, Grand Theft, Aggravated Assault, Petit Theft, but not other crimes. Each type of case has a statute number. With the software that I used previously, I could look at a list of all of the Florida Criminal Statutes and select only the Florida Criminal Statutes for which I wanted labels printed. I could do it one time and save it so that I did not have to do that step each day. So, with the software that you create, I will be able to pick from all of the Florida Criminal Statutes only the Florida Criminal Statutes that I want. I will be able to go to the website of the Alachua County Clerk of Court and, using your software, download the information into or with your software, and then, print the name and address of each person in those files on the website onto individual labels to put onto envelopes to mail to those people.
