Add 2 address on Google Maps local listing

we need an expert to take care of this for us and add our listing to Google maps along with the desired keywords. We need to add 2 business addresses and infos to Google maps local listings, so when the related keywords or names of the businesses are googled in the defined geographical location, they show up in both Google maps and the first few addresses on the ones Google lists on the first page of the web. We provide all the info and keywords.?

We tried to add them once, but one was rejected and the other one is not active.

The email account we used to create the listings will be provided too.
