BigMallAmerica Inc. is looking for customer service representative who can answer phones, manage eBay store and setup merchandise description. Will pay by hour weekly or monthly.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer emails or telephone calls fast.
- Assist in selling and recommending merchandise to customers
- Manage eBay store
- May be responsible for clerical and/or typing assignments and computer data input
Requirements:
Strong command of the English language
A high school education or equivalent
Call center experience
Excellent oral communication skills, both direct and on the phone
Knowledge and understanding of selling on eBay
Ability to understand and carry out oral and written directions
Must have pleasing voice and clear enunciation
Experience working with retail or online shopping
