I am looking for a device to be made which can transmit and receive. Will vibrate on receiving and a mini LED screen which can show a location where the signal as been sent from. Example.. In a watch type strap on your wrist you press a button it will then send to others wearing the same device a vibration to there strap and a LED screening saying your location (zone a)
