Design a tasteful 1-page printout for presenting analysis of client investments

I work for a financial advisor, and we are putting together collateral materials for a freebie service for clients and prospects. We need a classy-looking single-page template for providing analysis results to the clients. I have a rough mockup of what the template would look like, and the overall color scheme needs to match that of our existing materials. We just need a more polished design. Template must be in Microsoft Word 2003 format. Preferred that it also be provided in Apple Pages 2008 format. ## Deliverables The rough mockup is attached, along with our corporate logo and a photo of a current client handout to give an idea of the potential color scheme. All text entries need to be editable; much of the text is placeholder values which would be replaced for each client. Note that the section titled "Your Asset Allocation" could contain as many as twenty or so entries, which should be arranged in two columns. The provided headline of "Your portfolio is significantly more volatile than the S&P 500" is one of three possibilities. The other two are "Your portfolio is roughly as volatile as the S&P 500," or "Your portfolio is significantly less volatile than the S&P 500." Surrounding graphics would be yellow or green respectively, instead of red. Please provide a version of the template for each of the three options. The header should contain our corporate logo and a text field for our address and contact information (which we cannot provide here, under the terms of service for this site). The bottom of the page must contain the following editable disclosure text (it doesn't have to be very large): "Securities offered through [insert name here] a Registered Representative of FSC Securities Corporation, Member [FINRA][1] , [SIPC][2]. Investment advisory services offered through FSC Securities a registered investment advisor."
