Create images from an existing image

I need two images that matches the background, height, width, font color and style of the following image: [login to view URL] One image should read "Local Deals", while other one should read "National Deals". The image style and alignment should look identical. Also, please note that there is a mouse over image as well that I need for each image, an example is here: [login to view URL]
