Creëer een Animatie

I need someone to make several mostly reasonably simple animations for me. I am looking for potential long term relationship witth the animator and am looking for someone who is to a certain degeree artistic and not people who only know how after effectsor toon boom etc work. So the candidate should be at least be able to draw charachters when needed. Ideal candidate is a student or biginner animator who is willing to make animations for me within a restricted budget.
