The best way for you to get a high quality logo will be to make it in Illustrator; this way you will have a vector file that you can resize as you want without losing quality. Your decal company probably accepts vector files, otherwise I will output high quality files in any format they accept, and I will provide you with the final Illustrator file. Are they able to reproduce the gradients in the word “rising”? If not, we’ll have to go with flat colors. I’m sure they have technical specs available so that you know exactly what they can do.
