Alter some Images

We scanned a large library of video arcade games. The results are large high DPI files, however most of the graphics scanned have some wear and tear since they can date from the 70s to early 2000s. Also sometimes when scanning, scratches and dust are more apparent.
We need all images to be retouched in Photoshop and re adjusted to a specific scale template. The goal is to have them look like new so they can be re-printed for collectors restoration purposes.
See samples to give you a better idea, some image don't need much work while others require more fixes depending on how well the images were scanned.
We have up to over 3000 scans that need restoration, so based on the rate we could be looking for long time work. All final PSDs need to be delivered in layers, so we can easily see what was fixed and adjusted. We estimate the work to take around 30 mins to 4 hours per image based on the required changes.
We would like to try a sample first to ensure we are happy with the quality of the work.
