Digital Paintings / illustrations MUST BE DONE IN COREL PAINTER -- 2

I have a small start-up company which deals with digital illustrations or they can be better described as digital paintings. What kind of digital painting am I looking for? Below is an example, that should explain style and subject matter required. As you can see the photograph which in on the left hand side is made into digital painting. The final digital painting is on the right hand side, and below are examples of few closeups to show what kind of brush strokes and textures I am looking for. This project is for ONE illustration. But as we are always adding new paintings to our portfolio, this will be an ongoing project with at least four illustration each month. So if you think you have the right skills to do this kind of digital illustrations, there will always be work for you! Please note that the illustrations will be made for print so you will be required to work in high enough resolution at least 150 ppi, image size approximately 36" x 18". This means the attention to detail will be important, especially in the facial features such as eyes, lips and hair etc. My budget for each month for four artworks is approximately $200, therefor for each artwork I am looking for a price of $45 to $50.
