Automate browsing on 3 commercial websites.

I need a program to automate browsing on 3 specific commercial websites. 2 seem to be heavily flash driven, and the other seems to be more simple. Browsing is to be automated as to a set of parameters that I can set before the browsing run starts. Also the program has to be able to re-sign me back in (in case of idle time outs/being kicked out), and to be able to vary the timings, so to not look like a bot. The program must be stable, robust, and able to run for extended periods on Windows 7 via IE8/Firefox, or Windows 2000 via IE6/Firefox. Finally, the program must be efficient and not be a resource hog. The program will be in English. Payment will be via Paypal. Once the project is complete to my satisfaction, I will own all IP and copyright. Payment will be made once program is demonstrated to work to my specifications. Limited functionality versions could be sent to me to test, to determine suitability, and once I am happy with a particular version, payment can be made.
