I have a 17-page website that was developed using HTML5, CSS3 and jQuery v2.0.2.
I need it converted to use HTML4, CSS2 and jQuery v1.7.
The new site must work well on Internet Explorer 7 and Internet Explorer 8.
The new site does NOT need to be responsive. It should be optimized for a window that is 1270 px wide. No support for Firefox or mobile devices is needed. The new site only needs to work on IE 7 and IE 8.
PNG images with an alpha should be used instead of CSS 3 for rounded borders, shadows, gradients and other features.
The site contains 17 pages. Some of the pages are complex and contain things like photo galleries.
I would like this to be completed by the morning of Sept 13.
