database / xml / e-mail project

We have a utility that when ran against a .dct file will produce a xml file and extract a wav file. The .dct filename is in named in format dd12345-67890 and every .dct has a unique name. I need a script that can check to see if there are any .dct files in a specified directory and run this utility in SSH as follows [login to view URL] "dctfilepath.dct" ["outputxmlfile.xml" ["outputwavefile.wav"] ] Where: [login to view URL] is the full name (including the path) of the dct file to be read. [login to view URL] is the full name of the xml file to be created. [login to view URL] is the full name of the wav file to be created. I then need a script to read the xml file and using the information contained in it pull from a mysql database the notes,senders name, recepients name and e-mail address, create an e-mail from template attach the wav file and send to recipient, bcc to senders address and also request a read receipt. Database requirements There should be a member login & password. Each member account should have the ability to hold 100 first name, last name and e-mail address. e-mail address; should have a number from 1 - 100 associated with it that is unique to this member. We should have the ability to adjust the number of e-mail address on a per member basis. Member Details;first name, last name, city, country,industry, date of last mail sent, number of e-mails sent, account type (A,B or C) and unique customer code. Members login will be their e-mail address and a generated password that only contains numbers. When a member signs in for the 1st time they should be prompted to update thier address book, either manually or importing a [login to view URL] file. (we only require 1st name, last name and e-mail address) Project time approx 2 weeks
