cron job to populate database from push files

I have this site for the board of realtors. We have a agent directory set up that is a canned phpmydirectory program. This was originally set up so that the client could update the agent listings. Now she wants it updated via a push from the mls provider. The problem I am having is that the fields in the push do not match up with the fields in the directory, nor will they ever. These come in 4 push files, one for agents, one for offices, one for appraisers, and one for affiliates. These would have to be assigned a code so that it went in the right category. I need to set up a cron job that can take individual fields from 4 different push files and populate the correct fields in the database. There are 13 fields on most of the pushes and there is 38 fields on the directory. The fields for the push is login, name, office, address 1, address 2, combined state and zip, phone, cell, fax, email, and then to fields that they use on the mls but we don't on the directory. The fields in the directory database are firmstate, flag, comment, selector, category, login, firmname, business,location, state, city, address, zip, phone, fax, mobile, icq, managermail, www, pass, prices, images, ip, date, date_update, counter, webcounter, mail counter, rating, votes, couuntrating, banner_showreserved 1, reserved,2 reserved 3, counter id, Basically I would need the different pushes to be assigned a category so they appear in the right category. (ie agent file would be 3#0#0) each field would have to go into the perspective corresponding fileds. The state, zip has to be seperated out to go into the correct field.
