create price per sq/ft automation (max01)

Need to add an automated calculation of price per sq/ft based on two tables in the database 1) only if the listing shows sq/ft total, otherwise don't show 2) add table to database for the listing which stores new value "price sq/ft" 3) add placement in <div =class"sqft"> code </div> Thank you
