add new feature to classified script PHP/MYSQL

I'm paying $40 for this simple addon to my classified site.

It's pretty easy project.

My site is www.everylist.com. The script is written in PHP/mysql using OOP. You must know object oriented programming dealing with classes and inheritance.

I need to add new features and change old layouts.

(1) count of total post at footer - this just prints the total # of posts on our site at the bottom of the page

(2) registration - need a registration and login page (see attachment).

(3) Currently, anyone can edit a post. But now users must be registered to edit the posts. (they can still post a message without registering)

(4) edit reason edit reason - on edit page (this field is required). Just adds a field for recording reason of edit

(5) changed edit page layout - to show which user edited the post, and which user set current post version. plus show the edit reason

(6) edit preview button - so users can see a preview before they submit

(7) after editing, it will update the edit history page to show which version is current

(8) show the page title in browser. Currently every page on my site just shows everylist classifieds. I need to change it so that when users browse a page, it will display the post title in the browser

Must have google talk. Payment made after project completes.
