Customization on Stripe Paymentware

Please let me know if you can create the following actions within Stripe for our following websites. 1st Day: We will charge our clients $5.90 7th Day: We will charge our clients $88.95 14th Day: We will charge our clients $94.90 30nd Day: We will charge our clients $188.90 60th Day: We will charge our clients $188.90 90th Day: We will charge our clients $188.90 Every 30 days after day 32 will be a charge of $188.90 until they cancel. make sure that customers cannot use Prepaid credit cards or debit cards. Also,ensure the following: Card Declined, Incorrect Card Number, Invalid Expiry Month, Invalid Expiry Year, Invalid CVC. Any Error with their information or card will need to show up on website. So when a customer goes to our payment page and puts their creditcard information and click submit all of these actions need to happen automatically. Please provide total cost and time line for the whole task.
